OVERSTANDING is a community-driven organisation built around culture, connection and positive change. Rooted in Croydon and inspired by the strength, creativity and influence of Caribbean culture, we bring people together through music, sport, events, conversation and shared experiences.
We believe real change begins when people feel connected: to their community, to opportunity and to one another. OVERSTANDING exists to create those connections, celebrate the culture around us and build something that people can genuinely feel part of.
