WITH MEANING.

In Jamaican patois, overstand replaces understand, because nothing worth knowing should put you beneath it. Knowledge isn't something you stand under. It's something you rise into.

We took the word because it captures what we're here to do: look beyond the surface, listen, learn and turn understanding into action.
